Minex Waives Per Terminal Charge; Telerate Names Meshell To Sell It

Minex has postponed indefinitely its plans to bill customers on a per-terminal basis, sources say. The electronic foreign exchange order-matching service--which has been struggling to attract users since it went live in April--will, however, continue to charge per trade (FX Week, May 3).

The development is particularly encouraging for Telerate, which markets Minex outside of Japan, and for Gary Meshell, who has just been hired to lead those efforts, sources say.
