Lehman Brothers, led by head of spot foreign exchange Jon Korn, again ran out winners of the Merlin Exchange Game, a simulated trading competition organized to raise funds for Medical Emergency Relief International. In a tense play-off, Lehman, defending the title they won two years ago at the first event, pulled up from second place at the half-way stage to beat Chase Manhattan, Credit Suisse First Boston, Banque Indosuez and Reuters in descending order. Sixteen teams started with £1 billion
