Fimat Expands Trading Profile As Phlx Grants Clearing Status

Fimat Futures USA (Fimat), Société Générale's wholly-owned futures commission merchant, has been officially granted clearing member status on the Philadelphia Stock Exchange (Phlx). Separately, on May 23, the Federal Reserve Bank gave permission for the company to execute, clear and provide advisory services for non-financial commodity futures and options on futures contracts such as those traded on the Chicago Board of Trade (CBOT) and the Chicago Mercantile Exchange (CME).
