ANZ Bank Names Cooper To New Post And Appoints Global FX Options Head

Australia and New Zealand Bank (ANZ) has named global FX head Chris Cooper as is new Australian financial markets head. Additionally, the bank named Gilles Plante as its new global head of FX options in Australia and is launching its first Japanese yen derivatives in Tokyo this week. The bank is also in the process of deciding upon a new central Asian FX options base, say officials.

Cooper continues to head global FX from Melbourne, but is now also assuming responsibility for the entire
