Reuters Holdings PLC's attorneys, Weil, Gotshal & Manges, are working overtime to get the Dealing 2000-2 fraud suit thrown out of court. Last week, Weil et al filed a 45-page motion to dismiss. At the same time, sources say, Reuters is seeking an out-of-court settlement.
