FX platforms ponder implications of Sef rules

With months to go until US regulators must transpose the provisions of the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act into binding rules, it is still unclear exactly how FX trading platforms will be affected by the mandated use of swap execution facilities (Sefs) under the new regulatory regime.
