HSBC: ECU Group says the bank breached the terms of an earlier judgement

Currency manager ECU Group says it has found evidence to suggest HSBC traders, including Stuart Scott, engaged in proprietary trading and the front-running of at least one of its three disputed stop-loss orders in 2006, court documents obtained by FX Week show.
