EXCHANGES

Finex is planning to start burning the midnight oil March 1 and hopes to launch options on its Ecu futures contract at the same time. If the Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) approves its applications in time, Finex will start trading all four of its currency contracts for hours each day, in two sessions, from 7:30 p.m. to 10 p.m., and from midnight to 3 p.m.
