U.S. FX Salaries Are Up In 1996 Despite Market Consolidation


The 1996 Kling Annual Financial Services Industry Salary Survey section on foreign exchange dealer compensation levels forecasts generally higher pay, despite the consolidation seen in the market over the past year. The salary levels are an improvement over last year's projections, which were generally flat year-over-year (FXW, March 13).

Len Adams, executive vice president of the KPA Group, an executive search company in New York that conducts the survey, says the generally higher salaries
