Annual US Salary Survey Shows Steady Base Pay For FX Dealers

NEW YORK--Base salaries for New York-based foreign exchange dealers have stabilized after steady declines over the past two years, according to the 1998 KPA/Kling Annual Financial Services Industry Salary Survey. The latest survey shows virtually unchanged year-on-year compensation levels, which last year dropped by as much as 10 per cent from the year prior (FXW, March 17, 1997), says Len Adams, chief operating officer at the KPA Group in New York.
