Chemical Bank Completes Merger With Move Into New London Trading Room

Three weeks after its move, Chemical Bank London's foreign exchange operation is settling into its new London Wall trading room. The move finally brings together traders from the Chemical premises on the Strand and from the former Manufacturers Hanover Trust (MHT) building at the Adelphi--some 21 months after the original merger. "The move went well," says treasury director David Taylor. "Everyone is very pleased."

According to Taylor, the move now means that securities and currency and interest
