Andrew Popper last week resigned from Crédit Commercial de France (CCF) where he was the New York branch's treasurer and deputy general manager. Popper has taken a position elsewhere but declines to name the institution at this juncture. Popper was at CCF for the past seven years and has been a member of the FX Committee for the past four years.
