UBS (Canada) Hires Corbett Treasury Expansion Planned

In an attempt to increase its profile in the Canadian foreign exchange market, Toronto-based Union Bank of Switzerland (Canada), has hired Kevin Corbett as chief dealer, spot foreign exchange, officials there say. Corbett inherits a relatively small trading operation that is set to expand two-fold over the next few months to a total of six spot traders.
