Technical Data's survey of some 200 foreign exchange market participants revealed "that there is a fairly pessimistic mood about where the foreign exchange market is right now and where it's going," says Claude Tygier, a consultant and contributor to TD's foreign exchange service, who helped develop and compile the survey.
