JP Morgan has restructured, forming an emerging markets, FX and commodities group under New York-based Nick Rohatyn, as part of plans to globalize its investment banking operations and expand the emerging markets, proprietary risk management and market making aspects of the business, officials say. Thorkild Juncker has been named as the new global head of FX and commodities, succeeding Klaus Said, who has in turn been named to run a new global emerging markets, capital markets, sales, trading
