When Touche Ross's treasury consulting group released a survey of investors' concerns about corporate foreign exchange hedging policies last year (FX Week, November 1), one important conclusion emerged: investors know little about foreign exchange risks and don't know what questions to ask companies. In response, the U.K.-based Association of Corporate Treasurers (ACT) has published a guide for perplexed institutional investors on what questions to ask and how to understand the answers.
