The 39th annual international congress of the ACI: The Financial Markets Association kicks off in Toronto May 29-31, and is expected to draw as many as 1,200 delegates from over 50 countries, according to Barry Wainstein, chair of the Forex '97 organizing committee and head of global FX at Scotia Capital Markets in Toronto.
