David Bullen, former chief dealer in FX options, aged 34, was served the toughest sentence of all involved, with 44 months' imprisonment. Bullen is to serve a minimum of 30 months in relation to 18 charges brought against him by local regulatory body, the Australian Securities and Investments Commission (Asic) (FX Week, June 5).

Former options trader, Vincent Ficarra, 27, was sentenced to 28 months' imprisonment and is to serve a minimum of 15 months on 13 charges.
