Winners of the awards were calculated from votes from 1,414 respondents. Results are a combination of votes from banks, corporate treasurers and investors, which includes fund managers, institutional investors and hedge funds. Those rankings are listed in black on the right. Last year’s placing for the relevant category are in brackets.
