CIBC makes London hire
LONDON - Philip Lawson will join CIBC's financial solutions group (FSG) in London on May 19, according to an internal memo from the bank.
Lawson has been hired in an executive director capacity and will focus on sales to institutional investors across the FSG product range, which encompasses fixed income and currencies.
He was most recently with Barclays Global Investors, responsible for all static currency hedging, and has worked at Credit Suisse, Republic National Bank of New York and Lee
