For the first time since 2008, Citi has been voted best bank for foreign exchange dealing in FX Week's annual market survey, the results of which have been published today.

 

Citi has made substantial investment in its FX business over the past five years, upgrading its technology and systems to create a better user experience both for its staff and its clients. While 2013 has been a challenging year for the industry, the bank continued to gain market share, says Anil Prasad, global head of FX
