Refco hires institutional sales head
Dan Conti
joined Refco in Chicago on May 6 in a new position as global head of sales and marketing for institutional FX products. Reporting to Sandy Maggio, New York-based president of Refco Capital Markets, Conti is responsible for the firm’s online prime brokerage service, FX Clear, and trading platform FX Online. Conti expects to expand his team over the coming months, said Maggio, which may include both internal and external hires.He leaves Dresdner
