Job moves afoot in London as bonus season wraps up

Moves are likely to be sparked by dashed hopes in dealers’ yearly bonus packages. Although few banks will comment on employee bonuses, Lehman Brothers said recently that compensation there would reflect a "tough year" in financial markets.

This year’s job swap season could be particularly brisk, said FX recruitment specialists, coming on top of a bad year for payouts in 2002. And while it has taken longer than usual to get underway, with most banks’ bonuses now paid out, the scene is now set
