Snow hails CME's China deal
Under the terms of the agreement, signed last Tuesday (June 8), the China Foreign Exchange Trade System (CFETS) will provide CME with information on FX and money markets in China, including regulations and policies, market specifications and development conditions. In turn, CME will advise CFETS on international FX derivatives market practices, products and regulations, and help with the design of derivatives products, business development, marketing and training.
