Merrill reorg triggers forex hires

The bank has hired Chris Dunning from the Royal Bank of Scotland as a director and senior options trader. Previously, Dunning ran RBS's Latam business in New York, but will be based in London with Merrill. Dunning reports to Tim Carrington, global head of FX trading.

Chris Weiss joins the bank from Bank of America as a dedicated FX structurer within the rates structuring group. Based in London, he reports to Yacine Konoun, head of rates structuring for Europe, the Middle East and Africa.
