e-Mid Inks Treasury Alliance With Reuters

MILAN -- e-MID, a provider of electronic markets for treasury products, has formed an alliance with Reuters in a bid to widen its client base.
The agreement will involve Reuters hosting the e-Mider overnight index swaps (OIS) trading system and the e-Mid deposits trading system over Reuters Dealing 3000 from September, Vincenzo Mioccio, Milan-based managing director of e-Mid, told FX Week.
"We have been very fortunate to sign with Reuters -- there is no better name," he told FX Week. He added that
