Sentencing of James Martignoni, the former ABN Amro options trader who was convicted on 16 counts of bank fraud, false entry and conspiracy, set for February 7 has been postponed until March 8 (FX Week, November 15). On January 25, an oral argument for a new trial based on insufficient evidence was made by Martignoni's defence attorney, challenging the jury's verdict.
