ABN Amro's new London treasurer Steve McGuire has lost no time in bringing in a new team (FX Week, September 13). Since McGuire's appointment last month, Mike Janes, formerly head of the night desk at Midland Global Markets, has joined ABN as foreign exchange manager. He also plucked Peter Jackson from Midland to trade EMS currencies.
