Andrew Bell
has joined Commerzbank in London as head of institutional FX sales. Bell joins from Bankers Trust, where he was a director, FX sales, reporting to Ivan Ritossa, global head of FX.

He left Bankers Trust at the time of the merger with Deutsche Bank in June.

Banca Popolare di Milano in London last week hired Paul White from DG Bank to head proprietary forex trading.

At DG Bank, White was a senior dealer in emerging markets, reporting to treasury manager, Mike Whitaker.
