Christine Patton announced her resignation from Manufacturers Hanover Trust late last week, a spokesman at MHT confirms. Patton, formerly managing director, foreign exchange derivatives at MHT, "obviously didn't get the job that she had wanted, as far as being in charge of global foreign exchange and derivatives [at the merged bank]," the spokesman says. That job was handed to Don Wilson, a managing director at Chemical (FX Week, September 13). Patton has agreed to stay on until the two banks
