Standard Chartered's Saville To Retire In April After 23 Years In The Markets

Derek Saville, Standard Chartered Bank's head of treasury for the UK and Europe, will retire after 23 years in the market at the end of April. Saville, who has spent the past 27 years with StanChart, says that he is not being directly replaced, but that the heads of the respective business groups will report directly to Michael Jeffery, regional treasurer for the Western hemisphere, including India and the Middle East.

Saville started his career at Clydesdale Bank in Scotland, but joined Standard
