Tullett & Tokyo Gets Licence To Open Shanghai Rep Office

Tullett & Tokyo Forex International has become the first foreign money broker to obtain a licence to establish a representative office in China, according to Tullett & Tokyo's London finance director David Lowe.

The licence issued by the People's Bank of China allows Tullett & Tokyo to establish a presence in Shanghai. Benny Luk, joint managing director of Tokyo Forex and Tullett International in Hong Kong, who has been actively involved with the group's application, will take responsibility
