City Salary Survey Shows Sales Dealers Are Flavour Of The Month

LONDON--Heads of corporate sales are flavour of the month, according to February's Monks Partnership Remuneration Guide covering London's mid-tier international banks and investment houses, which says corporate desk heads can fetch nearly double their previous bonus awards this quarter (see table below).
The survey reflects the growing emphasis banks are placing on sales staff as the money-spinners in foreign exchange departments, says Joe Clark, a consultant at Monks Partnership. The survey
