Hogan Seeks Buyer For Its IMMS Global Risk Management System

Hogan Systems, Inc. is looking to sell its International Money Management System (IMMS) and is currently "talking with several potential buyers for the product," says Dalene Nichols, manager, corporate communications at the Dallas-based systems provider.

IMMS, a global risk management system that is currently live at 12 banks, supports trading/dealing rooms and back office operations in a multibank, multibranch, 24-hour on-line environment.
