NatWest Markets has hired Glen Stevens as the new managing director and head of foreign exchange trading and sales for North America, reporting to global head of FX Howard Kurz, confirm officials. Stevens spent the past seven years with Merrill Lynch International and was most recently managing director and chief trader of FX in New York.

WestLB has hired Richard Hill to head its FX spot operation in the City, says Nigel Coupland, head of FX in London. Hill was previously head of FX trading
