Telerate And Minex Partners In Discussions Eye On Joint FX Order Matching System?

Dow Jones & Co.'s Telerate Systems Inc. and Minex Corp., the Japanese joint venture currently in the process of developing an order-matching system for the interbank foreign exchange market, are in the midst of high-level discussions, according to sources familiar with the talks. Telerate operates The Trading Service (TTS), a so-called conversational foreign exchange trading system.
