Bank of New York Launches Capital Flows Tool For Institutional FX Traders

NEW YORK -- Bank of New York last week launched a new online global capital flows research tool.

The product -- called Interactive Portfolio Flow Monitor (IPFM) -- is already being used by a number of clients, including central banks, a spokesperson for the bank in London told FX Week.

IPFM enables users to view real-time illustrations of cross-border capital flows, which are categorised by investment classes. The flows can then be mapped against published data such as FX rates and equity market

Only users who have a paid subscription or are part of a corporate subscription are able to print or copy content.
