Prebon Yamane Plans Joint Venture In Johannesburg, SA

Prebon Yamane is due to open a joint venture company, Prebon Equisec Pty, in Johannesburg, South Africa, next month, says an official. Prebon negotiated an agreement with Equisec Pty, a Johannesburg-based stockbroking company, to provide an interdealer broking service for foreign exchange, money, capital and derivatives markets.
Equisec is controlled by the Foundation for African Business and Consumer Services (Fabcos), a nation-wide organization representing independent black business-persons.
