Merrill Lynch dealers expected to join AIG

LONDON -- AIG International continues to build its forex team in London, with three new hires expected to join this month.

Although the firm declines official comment, AIG trading sources said FX sales dealers Quentin Smith, Graham Wintersgill and Ben Hildyard are likely to start work at the bank in London this month. They were all previously at Merrill Lynch in London, and left earlier this year (FX Week, February 11).

They would join the bank’s new global head of FX and emerging markets trading
