Emerging Markets Raise Hopes For Budapest ACI Delegates


Foreign exchange executives are determined to take advantage of the opportunities available in the emerging markets of central Europe and the Far East. Their enthusiasm is only tempered by a lack of information and what they describe as an "inadequate early warning system" about political, economic and banking crises to which this highly volatile market sector is vulnerable.

That was the key conclusion reached by industry leaders attending the first emerging markets conference held by ACI:
