New York Dealers Expect Hefty Bonuses After Solid Earnings In Forex Market

Dealers in New York are expecting another good year for bonuses in the foreign exchange market, although the amounts will vary widely from bank to bank and person to person, sources say.
"Expectations around the Street are that bonuses should be fairly good. Even coming off of last year, which was probably a record one for most people, I think there has been some fairly solid earnings this year as well," says a chief dealer at a money center bank in New York.
