BARCLAYS CAPITAL HIRES ECB PLAYER AS HEAD OF EUROPEAN ECONOMICS
Luigi Buttiglione
joins Barclays Capital, the investment-banking arm of the UK's Barclays Bank, today (March 19), as head of European economics, based in London.

Buttiglione, previously chief economist at Deutsche Bank in London, reports to Brian Martin, global head of economics, who is also based in London.
