Barclays Recruits Global Options Chief From Morgan Stanley

Barclays Global Foreign Exchange is serving notice of its intention to expand in foreign currency options, with the recruitment of Chris Halliday from Morgan Stanley. Halliday is joining Barclays on July 1 as managing director, global head of foreign currency options, responsible for developing Barclays foreign currency options business in London, New York and Tokyo.
