Paul Plesser has been given the additional responsibilities of heading up Chemical's corporate desk in New York in the wake of Varick Martin's departure (FX Week, August 10). Plesser will also continue to head the institutional trading desk. Meanwhile, Peter Kosiak, a managing director who was responsible for market making in forwards, FRAs and interest rate swaps in New York, still hasn't been replaced. He left the bank last month, a spokesperson confirmed.
