CFTC Takes Further Action Against Forex Fraudsters

WASHINGTON DC -- The Commodity Futures Trading Commission last week charged its third action against fraudulent FX trading firms since a new US law brought FX trading within its jurisdiction last year.

The Commission has announced actions against Florida-based ICS Common Enterprise, which covers three separate companies, and the Georgia-based Infinite Trading Group.

Those actions followed a charge against another Florida firm, SunState FX, filed on April 19 (FX Week, April 23).

The CFTC claims
