JERSEY CITY--Prebon Yamane (USA) has launched a new unit, Prebon Commodities, under Carmine Capobianco, who was previously president of the FX division and is currently chairman of Prebon's Trading Committee and a member of the Executive Committee. Prebon Commodities will encompass such commoditized markets as FX, energy, weather and insurance.
