New Barclays FX Chiefs in New York, Tokyo

Humphrey Percy, BZW's new global FX chief, announced two key appointments to take effect January 1. Percy named Tom Stanley, formerly Midland Bank's New York FX chief, as managing director for FX in New York, and Douglas Bate to the same post in Tokyo.

Finex and Phlx to Cross-Margin
