Manhattan-based banks and brokers looking for back-up trading facilities, but unwilling to build it themselves, may be in luck come February 1992. New Jersey-based Trading Room Contingency Services Inc. (TRCS) plans to start construction of a 250 position foreign exchange trading operation for just that purpose, November 1.
