BZW Makes Sweeping FX Management Changes In A Bid To End The Bank's 'Permanent Revolution'

Barclays de Zoete Wedd is again making sweeping changes in the organisation of its global foreign exchange group, which its new chief, Dennis Rooke, promises will be the last round in what some insiders have called the bank's "permanent revolution" in FX. He says that while the FX group needs to improve its performance, it also requires some stability after more than three years of upheaval that has damaged morale.
