Currency and financial futures managers topped the CTA performance rankings for the second consecutive month in July, according to London-based Tass Management. Connecticut-based AIS Futures Management had the top two funds. The AIS MAAP (Leveraged 6x) returned 17.22 per cent for the month and the AIS MAAP (Leveraged 2x - 4x) returned 12 per cent, according to the Tass Flash Report. Shorting the Japanese yen was the most profitable strategy, the report notes.
